Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 13, 2026. DayTuned is built to help you plan better days with as little data collection as we can responsibly manage. We do not sell personal data. We use product analytics and session replay to improve the product, and we store account data, usage logs, billing records, and saved chat memory when those features are used.

What data DayTuned does and does not store

Depending on how you use DayTuned, we may collect account details such as your email address, signed-in session data, schedule inputs, chat messages, preferences, inferred memories, usage activity, browser or device information, and billing or subscription records. If you connect Google Calendar or another supported service, we also process the data needed to make that integration work.

Google OAuth and connected services

If you choose to connect a Google account, that connection is initiated by you through Google OAuth. We request only the permissions needed for the feature you are enabling, typically writing events to your Google Calendar. OAuth tokens and handoff details may be processed in your browser during the connection flow. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

How we use data

We use this information to create schedules, power AI chat, remember preferences you choose to save, enforce usage limits, provide account and billing support, secure the service, diagnose problems, and understand product usage. We may also use aggregated or de-identified data to improve the product.

Service providers and analytics

We use third-party service providers to operate DayTuned, including Supabase for authentication and storage, Anthropic for AI generation, Stripe for payments, PostHog for product analytics, Microsoft Clarity for session replay, and Google for OAuth and calendar integrations. These providers may process data on our behalf. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Retention and storage

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, support your account, satisfy legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Chat history, saved memories, usage logs, analytics events, and billing records may persist after a session ends. You can request account deletion where available, and some information may remain in backups or legal records for a limited time.

Your choices

You can use core scheduling features without linking every external service, and you can revoke Google access through your Google account. You can also clear browser storage to reset local identifiers used for authentication and product analytics. If you have questions or want us to delete or correct information, contact us through the support method listed on the site.

Use DayTuned without the usual privacy trade-offs

We use tools to run the product, not to sell your attention.
