Last updated: April 13, 2026. These terms govern your use of DayTuned. The service is offered free to start, and some features may require a paid plan or trial. Features, limits, and pricing may evolve. You are responsible for how you use the schedules and recommendations we generate.
Using DayTuned
You may use DayTuned for lawful personal, educational, or professional planning. The service generates AI-powered schedules and chat responses and is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or clinical advice. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law. We may update features, impose usage limits, suspend access, or introduce paid plans at any time.
Your account and content
You keep ownership of the information you submit. You grant DayTuned a limited license to process, store, display, and transform that content only as needed to provide and improve the service, including chat history, saved preferences, and account memory features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing third-party permissions such as Google Calendar access.
Billing, trials, and cancellations
If you subscribe, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the plan and billing cadence you select, plus applicable taxes. Trials, launch pricing, and promotional terms are offered when stated in the product. Subscriptions renew until canceled, and you can cancel through the billing portal or by contacting support. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the law and the terms shown at checkout.
Third-party services and AI
DayTuned relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, and Google integrations. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply. AI outputs are probabilistic, may be incomplete or incorrect, and can change over time as models, prompts, and integrations change.
No warranties and limits
DayTuned is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We do not guarantee error-free operation or suitability for every use case. Generated schedules may be imperfect. Use judgment before relying on outputs for important decisions. To the extent permitted by law, DayTuned disclaims all implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
